True Force Roofing

March 3, 2026: This is an update to my previous review in December, 2025. Because True Force did such an outstanding job on my Hawthorne property, we hired them to do a second Roofing job on our Gainesville property. They began On March 2nd and completed the job today March 3, 2026. The crew did an outstanding job even my neighbors were talking about how fast they put the roof up how clean they were and how consistent they stayed committed to the job. But it all started with the Customer Service. Bianca - called to let me know that the permits were pulled to start my new roofing job. Chris- sent me several emails, informing me of the start date. I received a call from Alex. Also letting me know my start date for my new project. Then Jose text me daily updates once the project began.

Highly recommended. Ausin and the office staff, Bianca, were always very kind and explained all the procedures clearly from the very beginning. We requested several quotes from different roofing companies, and TrueForce gave us the most confidence, which is why we decided to go with them. Jose and his crew installed our new roof, kept us informed throughout the entire process, and delivered excellent-quality results. If you’re planning to replace your roof, I highly recommend giving them a chance—you won’t regret it.

I was working on a short time table and Mr Dalton at true Force Roofing was able to accommodate me. I took an advantage of their end of year pricing and was able to get a great roof for a great price. On Monday they sent out Mr Axel and his team and by mid Wednesday the roof was completed. They were clean efficient and quick. Now I have a metal roof that should outlast me.

True Force Roofing did a great job with our roof replacement. All the way from the original quote to the finished product we were very satisfied. James (the superintendent) and his crew did a bang up job. They showed up early every morning and James kept me updated on the progress every two hours through their app. The project took a little longer than expected due to rain we had throughout the week but they still did a great job and thorough clean up when they were done. I would definitely recommend True Force Roofing to anyone thinking about getting their roof replaced.

It began with Ed and ended with Tay, with Roger playing the middleman; more on Roger in a bit. I had four ‘roofing inspector salesman’ visit my home over a 1-month period. Why did I go with True Force Roofing? Because of Ed. They all got on the roof and did an inspection and gave me a bid for the job. But Ed was the only one who took photos and showed me in detail what the condition of the roof was and where it had been patched in the past. In addition, there was no hard sell, just the facts.
