WORST EXPERIENCE!!!! Technician came to my home last Thursday to do warranty repair work, which RHEEM (water heater company) was paying them for. We received the part from RHEEM that technician was supposed to install. The guy spent an hour doing absolutely nothing. When I inquired about the status, the technician tried everything in the book to try to shift responsibility and get out of doing work. The guy never even opened the heater at all to replace the part that was sent by the company. He came with every excuse in the book, not to do the job and self analyzed that the company misdiagnosed the problem and he was the expert and knew what he was talking about without ever opening the water heater!!! and simply just by looking at it. We used True Management to air seal and insulate our home. We are very satisfied. The workmen were the best we have ever had in our home. They were courteous and cleaned-up each day. James did all the paperwork for the rebates which covered about 1/2 of the cost of the work. He also assisted us in choosing the scope of the work to maximize the rebates and the impact of the work while minimizing the cost. The work was done 2 months ago and while it is too early to know how much savings we will realize, our impression is that our heater is running less than it had previously on the cool nights we have had. What a disappointment. After spending about an hour going over the details of our project with a sales representative...we couldn't get the estimate out of them. Our meeting was on Monday 9/28. We were told that we would have it that Tuesday or Wednesday. Thursday, nothing. I called and spoke to someone in the office. She made an excuses and told me we would have it soon. I called on Friday late morning. The same office person told me I should have it that afternoon. I called at 3 to check on status. Same woman had no updates. We never got the info. We are under construction and the person who did our estimate knew that we needed and wanted the info quickly so that we could book the contractor of our choice and get on their calendar. True Management performed an energy audit on my house, identified ways to increase its energy efficiency, and provided me with a reasonable estimate. They also took care of all the paperwork to get the work funded by UGI and PPL, then completed the work in a timely fashion. Their crew was polite and courteous and they cleaned everything up when they were done. I'd definitely recommend True Management to anyone looking to make their home a little more "green" and lower their energy bills.
