I had a fantastic experience with True North Builds. I had a unique situation in trying to coordinate repairs on my elderly parents roof from out of state. Luke was so helpful and was extremely kind to and patient with my parents. He always answered his phone or called me right back whenever I needed to talk with him. He made sure that I understood the estimate and billing process through the insurance company. The work that was done was done very well, and any concerns I had were addressed right away. It is intimidating finding a reliable contractor, let alone from another state, and I feel very fortunate to have found Luke and True North Builds!

The owner of True North Builds, Luke, is very personable, polite, knowledgeable, professional, and exercises timely communication skills. He kept me updated throughout the entire roofing process with visits, texts, or phone calls. Luke worked with our insurance company in what was a seamless process, coordinated with a supplies company for delivery of roofing materials/supplies, and scheduled his crew to perform the work. The experienced roofing crew did an excellent roofing job – on time regarding schedule, all were impressive and conscientious hard workers, great cleanup afterwards, and I’m very pleased with the results! Our roof replacement in 2024 was completed by True North Builds. Luke is by far one of the best contractors we have ever worked with. His attention to detail surpasses most contractors. He is efficent and communicates with the home owner on a frequent basis. He makes sure the job is done and done right even if it means taking care of someone else's mistakes. He is very knowledgable in the building and construction business. He is thorough in explaining the process and you are in for no surprises.
