I can't thank Max and his crew enough for the job they did on our paver patio. Before we even started, the time and effort he put into securing the permit was above and beyond (something no other company we considered was willing to do). A rough run of weather delayed the start of the project, but during that time Max stayed in steady contact providing updates - we always felt we were front of mind and a priority, even though our job was on the smaller side. Their attention to detail was evident throughout the process - even after the work was done, Max noticed a small area he felt could use more sand after it had settled. We just finished a full patio design and build with True Patio and honestly couldn’t be happier. Max was great from the start — he didn’t just throw numbers at us, he actually walked us through different options and helped us figure out what would work best for our space and budget. The crew was really respectful about keeping things tidy, which I appreciated since we were still living here during construction. Max checked in regularly so we always knew what was happening next, and if we had questions he got back to us quickly. The whole thing went smoother than I expected for a project like this. I’m beyond happy with the backyard transformation True Patio did for me. The new patio and landscaping made my outdoor space look like a completely different home! Max was great to work with — very responsive, honest, and on top of everything. The team worked clean, organized, and always respected my property. This company did work for my neighbor. Despite good reviews, they made a TERRIBLE mess on the entire block (including on my property) for 2 WEEKS straight! Workers were asked to clean up their dust/rubble/debris daily, and they made NO EFFORT to do so! There were messes, with practically zero cleanup- ever. The styrofoam bascoat they started with went all over our balconies, decks, alleyways, yards, patios, decks, and in all of our plants and landscaping. The only thing that helped slightly, was times wind or rain blew the dust & rubble elsewhere. Sadly, it often blew it back onto our properties and we CONSTANTLY tried to clean it up ourselves. Several neighbors had to purchase leaf blowers and vacuums for the first time to try to do some cleanup, because the workers would not clean up a
