True Pool Company

We purchased a pool from True Pool Company and were very pleased from start to finish. Ashley came to our home and we discussed pool location, color, and of course pool options. He was not the typical pushy salesman which was a huge positive for us. He listened to our concerns and offered suggestions. The pool was installed about a week ahead of schedule. The crew who installed the pool were professional and informative on what to expect each day. They showed up ready to get the job done and that they did! I was assured once we broke ground that I could use my pool within 2 weeks, which is exactly what happened. We have been very pleased with the pool buying process, installation, and completion. I will continue to recommend True Pool Company to family and friends.

We contracted with the True Pool Company to install a Barrier Reef fiberglass pool in our backyard. The process was easy/fantastic. Ashley visited our house and examined the size of our backyard and made recommendations on where to place the pool for proper setbacks and for ease of use. There were over ten pool shapes to review and each shape had two or three different lengths and depths. We chose the Whitsunday Lounger model at 35 feet length. Once the contract was signed, Ashley managed the entire project, from ordering the fiberglass pool, the design reviews with the HOA, the permit process from the town, and of course the construction and installation. Highly recommend Ashley and his crew at TPC! Installation from beginning to end was only two weeks, and everyone who was involved was so nice and professional. We picked the Saint Remy pool which has a built in spa / hot tub and so glad we did as we get to use our pool in the winter!
