From start to finish, I would highly recommend this company to anyone. We had a flood in our basement, and during a really stressful time, True Restorations came in and made the whole process extremely smooth. They immediately started salvaging our basement to prevent any microbial growth and explained all the paperwork, handling everything directly with our insurance company. On top of that, the workers were very professional and left our place extremely clean. They also followed up with us, which we really appreciated. From start to finish, I would absolutely recommend True Restorations. I’m so glad we used them during such a stressful time in our lives — they truly made it a lot less stressful for us.

True Restoration recently handled a flood issue in my mother’s basement. Her insurance company initially balked at paying the claim, but with the help of Dave advocating on her behalf, she was able to get the coverage she deserved. After the initial clean up, the job was passed to Steve in the construction division who coordinated all the repairs. They work with an excellent plumber, Mike , from All Shore Plumbing and they coordinate everything with them. My mother now has a beautiful new bathroom thanks to True Restoration. A shout out to Vinny, the owner, as well. True Restoration is a very professional company with excellent communication with their clients. I couldn’t be happier.
