When he had found anything of concern he was able to answer questions an also made suggestions! I was impressed with the report he made at the end, it was very easy to understand an was very detailed! Craig is very thorough an did his job well! I called Craig to get an inspection on a house I am buying. Craig did an excellent job! The report he issued me was very informative and complete with pictures.
