I’m not sure what the other reviews are referring to, but our experience with Brian at True To Form was nothing short of outstanding. After dealing with contractors who ghosted us and left us in a tough spot—taking our money and disappearing—Brian was a breath of fresh air. He went above and beyond, even putting in extra hours on weekends at no additional charge to make sure the job got done right. We had just welcomed a new baby and were under a lot of stress, and Brian truly showed us what it means to care. A genuinely great person—thank you, Brian!

Beware - we had the worse experience with this company. We hired them to renovate several parts of our home and they only performed work themselves for the installation of the stairs. We spent an additional 25,000 fixing all the issues. Our experience: Owner Brian took the job and schedule it then to tell his is crew got stuck in Jamaica? We hired a local company After much delay worked started and owner never came to the property to check quality and hired sub contractors that he did not know or had any experience with. They never measured the flooring correctly resulting in not ordering the right amount of flooring and our home ending up with two different types of flooring. Owner will not return calls. We have been undercontract for 3 years, for a 6 month job. Having to get all new contractors to fix/finish what he did. A complete nightmare of a company.
