These guys are pretty good most of the time on helping you find stuff and figure it out but sometimes you go in there and you won't see nobody but you just got to run one of them down they are busy a lot but they are good guys I will say that. 😎

The most disrespectful manager I ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I dropped off a screen door and screen window to be rescreened around noon on a Wednesday. The gentleman working the counter explained the person that does the rescreening was out the next couple days but should have mine done Saturday or Sunday that week, no bid deal. On Tuesday the following week I had not received a call so I called them, the lady tells me my screens are next to be done. Now it's Saturday (five days after I was told they would be done) and have not received a phone call to pick them up. I called the store, the screens still are not done and may not be done until Sunday. I tell the gentleman on the phone I will be in to pick them up and I will just take them somewhere else.......this person ha

I would give the employees a 5 star but this one star is for the manager. I will never go there again. I will go to Robertson’s in malvern. The little short man with glasses is the rudest man ever. He totally humiliated and embarrassed me. The employees are kind and considerate but he is a mean man. I didn’t deserve to be treated the way I was treated. When this store was 3 sons, at least they were friendly. Now that this little man is in there, he makes it so uncomfortable to shop there.
