Very quick to get the sale done on my "new" wood floors. Showed up on time - but every carton had been opened and every board (every single board) had a flaw. Someone had re-packed them with bad boards. TrueHardwoods is selling second-hand rejects as "new". Sent them a bunch of pictures. Now, can't get them to fix or help - and it's been a full week! Received one cryptic message "let me check on the status of your claim" - then nothing. Buyer beware! Update: After their response, I did call and I did get directly to the owner. He's currently working on the claim. Initial impression, pretty happy with the escalation and his response - hoping for the best. Will update and adjust review and rating as things progress... Alex was amazing. They had the flooring in stock that no one else had. Purchase was easy, needed 19 cartons, Alex had 19, but when shipped found the 19th carton was not a full carton. Refunded the money for the carton. Shipped from GA on Thursday, delivered in Northern Kentucky on Monday. Great work and you all saved me!

We paid for our flooring over a month ago and keep getting the run around about shipping. THEM: we are sorry we had your number entered worng . Moving forward now they want us to call the company they use to deliver flooring . I’m pretty persistent on getting this done or filing theft charges . I recommend you don’t use them for anything all you’ll get are excuses. Trust me when I say I’m a man of my word . Ill keep you updated as to where our flooring is at, on top of that criminal charges 🤙🏼

Great Experience! I was having trouble finding a specific LVP in my area of SC and True Hardwoods to the rescue! Not only did they find it, and make sure it was completely in-stock right away, but It was also the priced under what I expected it to be and came in just a few days!
