True's was very easy to work with. They did a great job on the installation of our carpet that we purchased from a different vendor. True's customer service and carpet installation was truly professional.

The grout in the floor of our two showers and around a bathtub was badly eroded and harboring mold, mildew and all kinds of gunk! Joe True bid and won the job. Joe removed the bad grout, replaced a broken tile and re-grouted the two showers and re-caulked around a bathtub and our kitchen counter too. His workmanship and courtesy are excellent! Lynne who works in the office is also very professional, courteous and efficient. When she says that they will call you back, it happens quickly! I highly recommend True's Custom Floor Covering!

A few years after building our new home we found the carpets buckling. True's custom flooring came in,re-stretched it and it was good as new. Fine, friendly employees. Thank you True's!!

I paid these guys to do my floor in entire house and joe did 3/4 of floor then never returned to finish after being paid then 3 weeks later what was done click together lvt just started coming apart and had to replace 2 rooms with carpet i paid mill creek to do after the fact because so much was ruined by installers at trues custom flooring but mill creek left me with an amazing floor and ill recommend randy from now on im still trying to get my money back from trues custom flooring but it looks like ill have to hire a lawyer as to fact rick true keeps giving me the run around... Be careful with this place guys to insure you dont get scammed too!!!!
