Trugreen

Since I started using TruGreen my lawn looks dying and yellow. It was always green before I just wanted for someone to take better care of it and it’s now worst shape ever. They contacted me and trying to resolve it, but it turned more yellow after last treatment. I water it according to their instructions and my water bill is getting higher. I’m waiting on resolution Update: TruGreen contacted me and are looking into this. I will keep updating on the efforts

Used their services for 2 years, but the lawn never showed any improvement. It was still patchy and brown after all that time. They charged for services that were not performed, and continued to charge us for routine service after we had cancelled.... despite the fact they were not showing up to perform any service. Understand the charges if they continued service after we believed it to be cancelled, possible simple mistake. They understood not to send anyone out, but continued with the billing for months, and attempted to hit my husband's credit when he disputed paying FOR SERVICES NOT PERFORMED. We have used TruGreen for years. So I called to set up services for this year and what a hassle. My husband spoke with them in late February and set up service, giving them credit card info to auto-pay. Nothing happened. No one showed. So I called back in early March and again gave them info. We agreed on price and banking info given again. Still no one called to let us know when they would spray. Today, after waiting in hold for almost an hour I agreed for them to call me back. The lady called me back. Could not find our account for the first ten minutes. Then when she did find the account she said she saw where I called last week but there was no banking info on file. I told her just cancel any service with our name I. It and I would contact another. Implant. What a cluster mess.

This is my third time around with this TruGreen branch (Grand Prairie) over about a 15-year time period. This time around, the customer service reps are very nice and say all the right things. This past Monday, at my request, a manager named Andrew examined my lawn to see what was killing the grass. He was very knowledgeable and took his time showing me the Gray Leaf Spot and Take All Root Rot that had invaded the Saint Augustine. He ordered treatment and said they'd apply it later this week. The technician arrived today and spread something all over the yard. I was surprised to discover he'd applied another treatment of fertilizer and weed killer instead of the fungicide Andrew ordered. I called customer service, who agreed this was a terrible mistake. So, why the 2-star review tonight?

I hired them a few weeks ago for lawn and tree/shrub treatment. They sent emails to me telling me that they did treatments TWICE but both times were actual NO SHOWS. We know they didn't come by because we always have someone at home; no flags or fliers were left behind; no visible signs of treatment. We provided clear directions, gave phone numbers, etc. We tried to work with them, asked them to call if they got lost. No calls received. I called customer service and just got another "we can reschedule" and "we can take a message" and "there's nothing I can do" [but pass it up the latter]. I've heard through the grapevine that their techs will skip houses when they are too busy. I've given them plenty of help to get past any innocent reasons for missing us; now I think they are just fraudul
