TruGreen Lawn Care

Our lawn went from looking beautiful to all torn up. There are large holes all over our lawn, along with tire tracks. Technician also left muddy tracks all over driveway. No way to reach local technician, as all calls are forwarded to international call center!! Very shady business.

As the snow is finally melting and I can see the lawn again, I'm looking forward to another year of service from TruGreen Lawn Care. Over the years, Robert Chu and John Zugarek have been extremely helpful in identifying the lawn care needs specific to our landscape. In addition, we have had TruGreen inject our ash trees bi-annually and I am happy to say that the trees still look healthy. I look forward to TruGreen's help in making our lawn lush and beautiful again this year!

I did not end up getting service due to the condition of my lawn but I appreciate the honesty from the person who did my estimate on what needs to be done to our newer lawn and sod before TruGreen can begin service he could have easily fed us poor info and got the sale but instead was open and honest. thank you!

Avoid TruGreen at all costs. Our lawn had been meticulously maintained throughout the summer until TruGreen performed aeration during a rainstorm. Operating heavy equipment in those conditions left deep ruts and caused significant damage to our yard. Within days, large areas began browning from the tearing caused by their poor judgment. Additionally we believe overseeding had not taken place, as there was no evidence of new grass seeding present. When we attempted to resolve the issue, TruGreen’s customer service process made matters worse. Speaking with anyone beyond a call center proved nearly impossible. I am a fool. I hired them previously for the entire season and the ONE thing I asked repeatedly "Can you get rid of the Creeping Charlie weed in my lawn?", was never accomplished, even though I was told it would be "NO PROBLEM". Why I chose them for another season is beyond me. I am a fool in this regard. After 2 seasons, overcharges I never approved of or was told about, and the Creeping Charlie thriving like it was never touched. I wasted $1200. COMPLETELY WASTED AND NOTHING TO SHOW. And, I called the line and left 4 messages that were never returned, left countless emails. Never once did I hear a humans voice or get a call back. The customer service and care is atrocious. I am telling everyone I know to never use them. BEWARE.
