TruGreen Lawn Care

Burnt my entire yard. Horrible service. Called and expressed my frustration and was told a senior tech would call me within 3 days. Not acceptable.

5 stars for Lionel, the technician that came to the property - he was great. However, I did not get the promised 3 day notice as bwfore the job was scheduled as promised; no notice at all as a result the in ground sprinkler heads had not been marked in advance. It was lucky I was home. Lionel waited while I marked them, and we realized my service did not include seeding as I had requested. We took some time to call the central office and have the seeding added to the service. Lionel offered helpful advice on care of the new seed and got everything taken care of.

Noah was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. We are very impressed with his services today! He treated the entire property for taking mosquito and he did a great job doing the entire perimeter!

I put one star because I can't put zero...I have been with TruGreen since June and in less than two months, there are huge dead spots on my front lawn (sod which previously had been fine) and my backyard, which had a few patches of crabgrass previously and is now completely covered and where there was grass is now brown/dead. I have tried to work with the sales person who has been dismissive and condescending. He was supposed to come by today "at the latest" but no sign of him. I'm going to call the supervisor Peter but based on the other reviews, I'm not optimistic. I feel completely helpless - I'm not sure whether to cancel and hire someone else and lose the money or try to work with them on the "guarantee". We have had another lawn service for years and I thought I would try TruGre

TruGreen has always done a great job in keeping my lawn beautiful. I was surprised when technician came to air and seed when he did. I requested it not to be done till I called and made the request to complete the process. It seems your departments are not coordinating with one another.
