TruGreen Service Technician was respectful and delivered a thorough job on our landscaping today. Our trees and shrubs will flourish throughout this season. Thank K. Brown we appreciate your help.

The entire time I have had service from Tru Green has been a complete nightmare. They techs don't abide by the treatment that is planned. They put down products I haven't paid for and then bill me for a treatment I didn't want or ask for. The customer service people offer solutions and discounts, then the higher ups come back and say that they aren't allowed to offer what the representative offered and that I wont be getting what was promised. They are constantly trying to sell me products that I do not want and get rude and hang up on you when you decline. All the local representatives that were actually good have left the company. My yard looks completely dead after using this company for 6 months. I had to reseed the yard myself. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Please don't waste your time or mone

When the company has come out, weed control is mediocre at best. Tech couldn’t answer lawn questions, he only applies the fertilizer. “He had never seen new sod before.” Today, I received an email notification that the service was complete. No one was ever here. I work from home and have cameras. Cancelled and will be receiving refund. Unethical, criminal business practices. Do it yourself or use a local professional.

It was a pleasure speaking with Zachary Johnston on 5/7/25 he let me no that I didn't have a fungus in my yard Pryor to the other tech had told me about 2 weeks ago I was informed that my yard needed to be seeded I don't understand why when last year I had TruGreen to come to my home and had my yard aeration and seeded and there is no grass there I and I paid for it I would like to have my yard aeration and seeded for free due to the fact it wasn't done right I have been a loyal customer of TruGreen and would like to keep it that way I just want my back yard to look like it did before

The fellow who performs the service always lets me know he is here and what he is doing. All the guys who have worked with us are professional and friendly. It's a hard job but am grateful for them. I was happy to see Kelsey come to the door today to spray the shrubs for the fungus & aphids, and I am always able to tell him my concerns so that he can troubleshoot the areas of concern. Today 7/29/2025, I met Christopher who serviced our yard. I am always amazed how very kind the guys are who service our yard. I always look forward to the TruGreen visit! - I mean that!
