TruGreen Lawn Care

I signed up for their fall aeration and overseeding service. On their first visit, they did not aerate, only overseeded, however they stated they did everything. I spent over an hour on the phone with the general customer service line to get them to come out again to actually do the job I paid for. On their second visit again they only did half the job, they didn't overseed and only aerated. However the person clearly was not trained on how to use the machine and absolutely destroyed my lawn (see pictures). I now had to spend more time on the phone with their general customer service (you can't call the branch directly) to get them to come out to repair my lawn. First a manager came to inspect my lawn. Thanks to there expertise and dedication, my grass is now much healthier and more vibrant than ever before. I would give them a negative -4 stars if I could. I’ve been back and forth with various customer reps but never a regional rep who would take ownership of the poor care. They promised they would come to do aeration and seeding but I never get a schedule. Now I have to get my landscaper to take care of this at an additional cost out of my pocket $$$$ unbelievable!!

After 3 years with TruGreen this is what my lawn looks like. After complaining the last time about 3weeks ago they sent out supposedly the supervisor. They did a free service because I wasn’t satisfied with my lawn. Now Three weeks later this is what my lawn looks like. Not sure how they are still in business. I finally canceled my contract because obviously lawn care is not what they should be in business for. For three years I paid for their program which included aeration, seeding,and all their weed prevention services. Thanks for the Brown lawn and the shame of the neighborhood!!!

After my 3rd year of receiving service from TruGreen my lawn looks great and whenever I have an issue with weeds they are very responsive to treating any weeds that show up Update 2023: Well the lawn is still looking great but I have to let you know that Elvis did such a great job when he came to my house. He not only took time to walk the property with me it was clear he listened to all of my questions and concerns. Thank you Elvis for a wonderful job
