TruGreen Lawn Care

After building a pool, I laid new grass and installed an irrigation system. A representative of this company assured me of their professionalism and quality of service. However, just 5–6 months later, the result has been extremely disappointing: about 40–45% of the grass has died. It seems that no proper treatment of the lawn is being carried out. It is also very difficult to get in touch with the company — phone calls are constantly transferred from one employee to another. Workers arrive, spend 5–7 minutes spraying, and then leave. Meanwhile, my lawn is over 9,000 sq. ft. It is simply impossible to properly treat such an area in just a few minutes. Once the price was agreed on they were out within a few days and were able to complete the job quickly and it looks absolutely fantastic. I live on just about a quarter acre and we went on vacation for a few months and the lawn became a nightmare. They were great at not hurting the plants I wanted to keep and rid of everything else. Highly recommend if you need help bring your yard under control or help on a regular basis.

Gabriel contacted us that he will be here today to take care of the lawn. I was not here but wife works at home and was. She said he acknowledge that she was working and did his duties. Left the report with receipt on the door. I know the yard is going to take some time because of the freeze but it's starting to look good. thank you

I always give Tru Green great reviews and the Technician always knows what my lawn needs and he is the one who services it and never have any issues. I always try to talk with him if I have time. If anything is wrong thru the year just call and they take care of it. Just wonderful company. 5 Stars all the way!!! .

I have used Trugreen for the last eight months and I cannot express. It’s been a horrible experience. The guy who sold it to me, was like a used car salesman wouldn’t stop ringing my phone but the moment that we have a problem crickets nobody comes out. It’s been an ongoing issue sadly enough they even had me replace my lawn. I would never recommend them ever they’ve had managers out multiple times, but yet they can’t seem to figure it out Do yourself a favor don’t go through my nightmare.
