5 stars is good right? The technician who came out deserves 5 stars. Seemed more than knowledgable about his craft and was a very pleasant fellow. The problem isn't with the guys or gals in the truck, its with the guys or gals who sell stuff to people who are not ready to buy putting them in the labyrinth of texts and emails and billing cycles while the whole time you're after some information. We stopped him before he started. We have but one shrub and he (it's a he) is doing quite nicely, thanks for asking. Its time to ditch the big corporate people and hire a local company, now I need to find them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I spoke to them on 5/17 to start up service at my home and paid for the entire season. They charged my credit card on 5/18. They told me on the phone my first service would be performed within 10 days. This was reasonable to me. As of 6/20 they still hadn't done a service. They even had the guts to phone me to tell me that they noticed aphids on my trees and shrubs on their recent visit (that never happened) just to try to alarm me into signing up for bug services. There was no effort to contact me but why would they be concerned as they already had my money. The only contact was prompted by me and there never seemed to be any urgency to complete a service and get my program started. I don't even know how they'd possibly complete all the services I

The service guys are great … no company directives from local management have much to be desired ie : only spray the edges of yards for crabgrass … I’m sorry doesn’t crabgrass grow throughout the yard as it was not treated as paid for ? It’s been a struggle to get the services done due to the management not the service techs

I shouldn't have to pick weeds when I pay a service 180. a month. I feel like it was money grab only putting down fertilizer and waiting a month to come back to treat weeds. I have picked my weight in weeds waiting for you to come back. Do better.

Would definitely recommend TruGreen! We had used other services for years and decided to make a change. What a difference - our lawn is looking better than it has ever looked. TruGreen is great about communication - always available to answer questions and appreciate the advance notice of when they will be here (we have a dog). Very professional and great to deal with. Very happy customer - thank you!!
