My technician arrived as was indicated and did a good application of fertilizer and crabgrass control. He was efficient and told me what my service would be for the day. He covered the property fully and I was pleased with the application.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. my business experience with this company has been terrible. Very poor communication, cannot follow instructions at all and will hang up on you when you want to cancel! Upon signing up for sevices I asked that they only performed the initial work while I was home so that I could give a thorough explanation of my property line. I also specified that I had new grass installed and did not want services performed in this new area of my lawn due to the risk of damaging my new grass. The designated technician came to my house hours before my scheduled time, aerated my lawn and heavily damaged the new portion of my grass with machinery! I was so upset! I love your service! 2 years at reference from my daughter to use Weed Man. My 1st sentence to them was I was hiring them for extreme thistles in my yard. $75 extra charge at end of season for “spraying for weeds”! Their treatment didn’t work. My son took care of most of them. I showed this to your service man and he was so sweet. Sprayed them and listened to me as I explained some other things further. You’re a True Company. This year my grass looks awesome! Your name is correct. Tru Green. Loved the service man. Very congenial.
