TruGreen Lawn Care

I can honestly say, they made my lawn worse. I have more weeds and bare spots now than when I moved in. Families with no lawn care service have better looking lawns than mine. I would not recommend this company for anything. They are lazy, miss spots and charge for fertilizer and weed prevention that does not work. It appears that they sprayed grass killer and weed grower on my lawn. I can’t prove that but that is what the results say. I feel that the Jackson, MS location does not understand how to properly fertilize and kill weeds. I had better success when I used their services in Memphis, TN. The Trugreen associate knocked on my door to let me know that he had arrived. He was very professional. He promptly completed his work and was on his way.

Technician was great. Did a good job. My call from TG that I have a scheduled treatment was same day it happened. The call is supposed to happen 2 days before. I have brought this to supports attention the last 2 treatments. This is happening regularly. This is a negative issue.

Update. They sent a knowledgeable man out i just hope he stays on my account to spray every time he chase on time respectful explained actions for my concerns still took2 weeks to get him out and over 3 hours on the phone..not his fault the offices at call center fault They need to get rid of virtual assistance and talk to there customers ! We don't want to talk to a computer and give vauthority to schedule appt when a issue arises ! As for the man who came out ..top shelf service. Because of him I will give them another chance Hired them ..still have weeds called for weeks said someone called.
