Very impressed today with our TruShrub service. Our specialist, Andrew, is always available to discuss and answer any questions. And today our account manager, Javier, accompanied Andrew and was very helpful and attentive. They both are very passionate about keeping our trees and shrubs healthy.

AVOID Absolute worst customer service and product I have ever dealt with. After several calls over a two week period due to yellowing of my lawn the day after treatment and confirmation by a technician and manager by phone a week later, I was told to call customer service to request a discounted or complimentary overseeding. After being passed around rep after rep claiming to connect me with a manager to attempt to resolve the situation with an overseeding service. Not only did they not call back, but each time I called to follow up they claimed that the previous rep did not correctly submit a request. After the 6th call and speaking to a team lead, they assured me that the manager who called next would resolve the situation immediately. The manager who called, Joe, was incredibly rude,

I feel very safe to say I am very happy with True Green lawn service. My specialist Anthony was very professional, and I feel very caring about his job. He sprayed every corner of the grass and was very easy to speak with. I would encourage anyone to use True Green lawn care

Nicholas was extremely friendly and told me exactly what was going to be done today. Nicholas came by earlier, right when the grass was going to be cut and thought it would be best to come back afterwards. Complete professional and was great to chat with.

Before in May 2024/ After in October 2024! Very disappointed in results and filing for damage claim. No response from the Lake Forest office and called several times! It's unfortunate they won't take any responsibility and can ensure you that the Lake Forest site has no credibility.
