TruGreen Lawn Care

I now have a dead front yard. I am the only one on my block with irrigation and TruGreen service in 2025. 90% of my St Augustine front yard is dead while my neighbors have living lawns, although we are in a drought. I’ve canceled my service and expressed my unhappiness, but no response.

I did not have a good experience with Trugreen and their customer service is not very good. I was promised weed removal and good lawn service but pretty much my lawn had the results that I did doing my own lawncare. They will lie to you and promise the world to get you to sign on. Save your time and money, and go with someone else.

After informing TruGreen that I was no longer interested, I continued receiving 8–10 calls per day, even after clearly stating my decision. Despite asking them to stop, the calls continued from different phone numbers, forcing me to block them. During the final call, I explicitly warned that I would consider further contact harassment.
