We have the standard service and it is not much cheaper/better than the competition but we have some bare spots and so this year we asked for over-seeding to be done. They over-seeded and now in the fall we are seeing grass coming up in our mulch. So my wife calls and after she speaks to a manager they tell her to just pull the grass. That is it. They created a problem when performing a service we paid for and they are telling us we are on our own to fix the problem they created. I called in to ask what they were going to do about this and they took $100 off a $450 service. They suggested we hire someone for the $100 to weed our mulch. WARNING: You need to read this before going with TruGreen. I have been with TruGreen Law Care for 5 years starting in 2020-2025. Over the first few years the service was good. More recently the service has become very poor, with nearly half of my lawn being completely missed for the entire summer. I refused to pay for service that wasn't provided. I called TruGreen to cancel (and to pay my bill) but they convinced me to stay and offered to provide me a "free" service that would "fix" the issue. I said to them that I would wait for the free service and evidence that the problem was solved after which I would pay my outstanding balance. TruGreen doesn’t care about what the customer wants, they just come and do a service that you don’t want. I asked for aeration and seeding in 2021, they show up this year and just do it and charge me 300.00 for something I don’t want. I already was not happy with there service and was going to be discontinuing at the end of the year. My yard looks worse than my neighbor who does absolutely nothing to it but mow. I spend hundreds of dollars each to have weeds and dead spots. So long TruGreen, I’ll find someone else to treat my lawn.

Initially, our lawn was lush and green however, after the June application of weed and feed we developed burning on our lawn with two days. The service technician came back in several days to look at the damage and stated that the company would aerate and over-seed if watering didn't bring it back. It's worse now than it was in June! GOOD LUCK with their Healthy Lawn Guarantee! Their only offer was to re-credit the last treatment cost.
