TruGreen Lawn Care

From my experience with TruGreen, they have failed to get my front lawn looking decent. I have had an ongoing lack of communication with them. They seem to have no schedule; I never know in advance when they are coming. They have eliminated the weeds, but that’s all I can say that’s positive. Each time they come, the service workers agree that it looks bad. I have complained many times, but to no avail. The service workers are nice, but my front lawn still looks awful after nearly 3 months of service and having spent nearly $600. Unhappy homeowner!

Judge, was amazing! I expressed concern about the lack results from aeration and overseeding in our front yard completed in early September. He assured me he would communicate back to the Tru Green service staff. Thanks Judge!! I hope the Tru Green customer support is as concerned as Judge was.

Have been using TruGreen for years. They have kept our yard looking great and with them doing the work I don’t need to worry about it. I noticed something a couple weeks ago that gave me some concern. I called them and they sent out a tech to look at the problem. He explained to me what was going on and scheduled another service at no extra charge to address the problem. I highly recommend TruGreen and I will continue to use their service due to the quality of their work and their terrific customer service.

Service person was very knowledgeable and advised that one tree was too small at this point to have iron. He spoke with customer service to arrange refund for tree not treated. Appreciate his honesty and assistance in obtaining refund for untreated service.

I've battled weeds and bare patches so I hired TruGreen this year. I was told they would fix everything. They have not, in fact, everything looks WORSE than when I do it myself. The sales department HOUNDS you selling selling selling. Even after you ask them to stop. I'm extremely disappointed in this service. Here are some photos that show how bad it looks. This is after having them come out since spring. Buyer beware!! They will not fix your problems. They also sold me a bush spraying for bugs and the guy came and didn't spray all the bushes. I had then come back out.
