So happy to be back with TruGreen!!! Excellent customer service, Ricky is great.. He left clear and easy to follow suggestions for aeration of our lawn to make it even better… surprisingly they are competitively priced too… and they’re 💯 % guaranteed….

True Green gives great service. We especially Like the notes afterwards. The specialist also tells us what application he is applying when he arrives. They are prompt and we know when to expect them.

I have had many good experiences with TruGreen over the years. They have always produced a beautiful lawn wherever I have used them. My first interaction with their rep in our retirement home was really great! She asked a lot of good questions and made sure she understood what we ultimately wanted. She was very friendly and worked with me to get a better price on our overall plan. She gave me her card and has become my first contact if/when I need to call about anything. There were two different people who came to do the actual applications (bushes & lawn). They connected first, then got about their business. They were unobtrusive and finished quickly. Don't even have their service and I am not happy with them!!!!! My lawn is serviced by someone else who sprayed our lawn with an organic water based spray safe for people and pets to make our lawn look green for the winter(it looks amazing). TruGreen is coming around my new neighborhood to get business and neighbors are telling them that they like our lawn and the salesman for TruGreen is telling them that our lawn will die because of the spray my landscaper used and making bets with them about it. Causing my landscaper to loose his possible sales. I have pictures of the TruGreen salesman coming to our house and taking pictures of our lawn.
