Outstanding lawn service. The technician did a great job—very thorough, professional, and detail-oriented. The lawn looks fantastic and the property was left neat and clean. I would definitely recommend their service.

I’ve been a customer for years. Our service experience has declined to the point that our yard is a disaster. Calls to customer service produce a canned response and notes in the record that then produce no positive outcomes. During my last call, I reported considerable weeds and we could tell the back yard had been treated previously, but the front was not. I was promised a visit and a face to face discussion with the technician and a chance to show my photos prior to cutting my grass. Two workers showed up, spent 5 minutes in total spreading fertilizer in probably every 5 rows of grass and then they left. No conversation took place and no weed spray was done. A huge red colored “Justrite Safety Can” was left out in our backyard by the Trugreen team who performed service today. Not sure if it supposed to be there. Posting an update on 23 Sep 2025: It's been a month or more and the RED Can is still sitting in my backyard with out any follow up from TruGreen. Unacceptable. Management is not responsible I guess. There is a ticket also created a month ago, so they do not track it to closure I guess. I will try calling them today.

$850 bucks later, my lawn looks like crap. They spray it, the spray kills the lawn, now I have dead spots all over the place that I guess I will have to repair. Buying grass seed, spending money to water it, wasting my time to do all this, after spending $850 to have them take care of it. They did my front and 2 sides, but not the back. My back lawn looks great, they destroyed my front lawn. The pictures are from last week, after a 1 year service ands $850. from these hacks. When I called about it, they told me, oh yeah, we have been having problems with the weed control, so they new it was bad, and sprayed it anyway, twice. I wish I could leave a 0 star.

Wouldn’t recommend it. Useless on the weed control and they will keep telling you because this is your first year. And making sure you have the camera on your property and so you can see how the tec performs. They didn’t really walk all the area and just randomly spread here and there when they fertilizing and doing the weed control. And the worst service is my first seeding and aeration. I was at the middle of the mowing my yard trying to cut the grass before they come . I already requested the appointment time, they still showing up on the weekend and regardless my lawn mower still at the middle of front yard , I left to get something from Home Depot, didn’t finishing cutting, the text performed the seeding and aeration.
