We just got our yard newly landscaped and have been working on improving the surrounding grass so we decided to work with tru green. Big mistake. It’s been weeks since the first application and our weeds are still overgrown, dirt spots where grass should be growing, and now we have grass AND weeds growing in our newly landscaped area. There’s no controlling it! We called back to get them to fix it, but I have no idea what they’re doing. Our landscaper says the weeds/grass needs to be pulled, and spraying with weed killer would risk killing our new plants. Unbelievably frustrating considering all the work and money we’ve put in to improving our yard. 0/10 would not recommend.

This is the WORST company. Do NOT use them. They killed my grass! I have tried now for 2 weeks to have a supervisor call me back with no luck. If you want to kill your grass, have these people come and spray it. Trust me, they will do a fantastic job of killing your lawn!

Wish I could have given this company 0 stars. There is zero communication between the corporate office and the local branch. I have called the main customer service line at least 20 times wasting hours of my time trying to get someone from the local office to call me and come evaluate the unrepairable damage their lack of care has caused Calling that line is ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS... unless you call to threaten to cancel. At that point they finally try to put some effort in only to give empty promises of "fixing" their mistakes as I still have not been contacted by anyone. They ensured me that the corporate office AND branch manager would reach out after 15-ish complaints and I still haven't heard a peep out of either office. This was over 30 days ago..... We haven’t had the best service until today! Brandon took the time to hear my issues and then addressed every one of them and told me exactly what was needed to be done to correct our issues. Maybe consider putting him in charge of your training of the rest of your staff. He’s a top notch employee!
