TruGreen Lawn Care

TurGreen has very poor customer service! You will have better , luck reaching the US President than someone local to speak with, all calls go to a call center, and they don't have a clue about your local service! I have plenty of weeds in my yard, and when they come to spot treat-they miss more weeds than they spray. The weeds they do spray continue to thrive and spread. They over promise and under deliver-like a lot of companies who are at the mercy of employees who just don't care. The attached pictures do not do justice to my weed problem, I cancelled my service with them and I do not recommend their service!

I reviewed this company when I first got started with them. I am now amending my review due to the poor quality of service I received. They were responsive to my calls, however they were not on top of the issues going on in my yard regarding Cinch Bugs. They initially treated a small area that I pointed out to them but did not treat the entire area of infestation. This resulted in the cinch bugs moving and spreading. They were out several times last year trying to rectify the problem. The end result was my yard looked worse than it did before they started. They came out with 30+ trays of grass plugs, literally plopped them down and told me to go buy bags of white sand and cover the plugs. Then water every day until the plugs took root.
