TruGreen Lawn Care

Grass was beautiful and green before it was treated on August 18th 2025 with broadleaf weed control. We called a few days later to have a manager come and look at the back yard as the grass was turning yellow and looked like it was dying. On August 28th a specialist came and took pictures and filed a report with Tru-Green. On October 3 2025 specialist Chris Adam's came back for a second time and reseeded the back yard. Chris mentioned that it looked like there were divots in the yard. The divots are from a heavy population of deer in our neighborhood. Just wanted to make that point. We will continue to water the yard until cold weather as per your advice. Hope to see a nice growth of grass in the spring. We will keep you updated. Thanks for your help. Carol Gunter

The worse my lawn has ever looked. My representative was great and responsive but the yard care itself it terrible. I have more crabgrass that I started taking care of myself. Other weeds are and have always been around. I call they send someone out for spot control. And still have weeds after the 7-21 business days

I had a local company that serviced my lawn, but they sold out to TruGreen, so I kept them. My lawn went downhill from the first year and sadly I continued with them until last year. In the spring of 2022, their rep came out and serviced the lawn, but they never mentioned grub control. After the lawn died, I complained, so they sent out the same clown and he blamed the problem on the grubs. When I asked him why I didn't get grub control, he smartly said because I didn't ask for it. They are supposed to be the lawn experts. However, the yard started to turn green after the second treatment, but they were all weeds. I complained and they sent the same nitwit out to service the yard, but the weeds flourished. I sent them an email canceling my service and demanded a refund. Their resp

We have been so happy with Tru Green taking care of our weeds and lawn as well as our shrubs! Patrick, our horticulturist specialist did a great job spraying our trees and shrubs for the winter! He was very professional!!

At the beginning of the season spring 2024, it's hard to tell about the crabgrass. Last year Tru Green was unable to control the crabgrass. We got a 2 month head start this year.
