TruGreen Lawn Care

The man that sprayed my horrible weed infested yard, his name is Montana (I just rented this place on 3/1/25,) he was very, very informative. I asked him about 50 questions, about my yard. and he could answer all of them. He was very patient and did not mind me asking. I learned alot from him. Thank you TruGreen !!! UPDATE: 06/02/25. The treatment took time to kill them, but they wiped out my weeds totally. I followed the young man’s directions on bagging my yard, and my yard looks amazing ! Thank you so much ! Thank you Tru Green! Fleas and ticks are at an all time high this year. I was bit 4 times and got sick. Not worth another bite. Eric from Tru Green came to the rescue. Hoping it works well. First application. Noticed even flying bugs down already. Saving lives from pests and pest bites.

We hired them two years ago. The first year was great. This year was awful. Our yard has never looked worse. I paid extra this year for tree and shrub care and we have had our trees and shrubs for a long time and this is the first year we lost a lot. We have ten hydrangeas in our yard and half of them died. I called for service because our yard, shrubs and trees needed help......and someone came out (Nick?). I wasn't home but saw him on our cameras. He didn't look at anything and left after no one answered the door. I called him back and he acted like he examined the whole yard when he didn't. He said he didn't see any hydrangeas in our yard and blamed me for everything and when I called him out on seeing him on our cameras........his demeanor got worse. So we don't use them any

1. My lawn is looking worse than what it was before. I signed up lawn care and Mosquito control. I keep complaining about weeds but there is no improvement. After months of back and forth I lost all hopes and started treating my lawn by myself. 2. a) They claimed that they have performed mosquito control treatment but when I checked the cameras I did not see anyone. They are still charging me. b) They will keep rescheduling the service without notice.

Went with Tru greens service this year. Wasn't happy with first 2 treatments. Called and complained. They were happy to send another person out. My last 3 treatments is what I was expecting. Years treatment is not cheap. The driver they sent out today was awesome. Took the time to explain what he was doing and what I could do to improve my yard. I'll be going with them again next year if yard turns out like it should with there yearly plan to get my yard into shape.
