The worst customer service I have EVER experienced.. they lost a lifetime customer over $200 because they made a mistake . I was charged for service never provided . And they do a half - ass job anyway . The ladies on the phone all need to be fired . How are you going to lie to the customer, make a horrible mistake , then say “there’s nothing I can do” . Absolutely ridiculous. I will let everyone know to never use this “service “ id rather cut my lawn with scissors before I have them ever come back out to do a bad job . Not only that they threatened to ruined my fathers credit score when he’s literally dying in the hospital. They are disgusting people here . I am sick to my stomach with there customer care .

Hired True Green to do my yard. So far, extremely happy with them. They’re due diligence and getting rid of my weeds and making my grass look good is paying off. Would definitely recommend them

TruGreen is awful. I received constant sales calls from people trying to force unnecessary services. I paid for a fungicide treatment, and asked for them to come out for a second one. The rep tried to book the sale as a monthly recurring service for the year. That's $1,700! Fortunately a manager caught it and they called me. But, instead of coming doing my fungicide treatment, they fertilized my lawn for a second time and burned it. I called them and they agreed to send out a manager to assess the damage. Instead, they sent some kid who fertilized my lawn a third time!!! I confronted the technician before he left, and he told me I needed to "Cool my attitude." So they agreed to send a manager, who did come out to look at my lawn. And his recommendation was another round of a different fert

We have been using this lawn care service for about three years now, and unfortunately our lawn looks worse every year instead of better. We now have patches of missing grass all over the yard. Instead of identifying the root cause and properly fixing the issue, it seems like the approach has just been to apply more chemicals. From our perspective, it often looks like the treatments are actually damaging the grass rather than helping it. We even installed new grass last year, and already there are bare spots appearing everywhere again. Since we pay for this service monthly, we would expect the company to take more initiative when problems like this appear. I’m extremely pleased with TruGreen’s recent service! The technician was incredibly thorough when applying the weed killer, taking care to cover every area of the lawn and paying special attention to problem spots. Their professionalism and attention to detail really showed. The results speak for themselves - our lawn looks absolutely fantastic! The grass is lush and green, and the weeds that were once taking over have been effectively eliminated. It’s such a pleasure to look out at our yard now.
