TruGreen Lawn Care

Another year and I gave them a try again after they burned my lawn a few years ago and yet again they destroyed it! again! The first picture is when I fertilized myself—- green and lush. The other pictures are from this year because I didn’t have the time and gave them another chance. biggest mistake ever stay away from them!!! Of note—- I have a great sprinkler system that is fully functional and serviced by another company. So hot weather is not excuse for this destruction.

I signed up for true Green , They’ve been doing my neighbor’s lawn it looks good , My lawn has been excellent but I’m getting to the point where I can’t do the applications myself,so they came and did one application ,I’ve had some minor improvement in one small area, They said the crab grass would die off,nope ,the backyard is still going strong full of crab grass and the rest of my grass is in front dying… I was called by the salesman on my vacation (Before my second application was due ) to add service, so I added the tree and Bush service they were supposed to come on the 17th When they were doing my second application 10 days late ..they didn’t come , Skipped me..,after numerous texts and emails I called and complained ..so they reluctantly sent a man from the Cape today to do the

Corey was exceptional. I haven't had Two Technicians like Corey of Warwick Rhode island Store and Justin from the local store. Two exceptional Technicians whom take pride in their work and put the Customers first. What a great Season I've had because of those Two Gentlemen.

I like Tru Green so far. The prices are reasonable, and the service is exceptional. If they make a mistake or fail to cover something, they’ll come right back out right away free of charge. This is a company that actually produces results. We’re starting to get compliments almost daily on our lawn thanks to Tru Green. And the fact that you can manage your entire account through an app, makes it that much better.

Had the consummate professional, named Genaro , here today to service our lawn. After initial salutations were exchanged, he went to work and was quite impressed with his skills. He advised us on what he did which seemed very logical. Please make sure you keep him employed!!!
