TruGreen Lawn Care

When I started the service I was expecting just the weed and feed. All of a sudden I was being charged for $300 worth of extra things I didn’t ask for. They did refund me for that even still it was not something I asked for. I was also called frequently about getting more services that I didn’t want/need. When I tried to call and cancel instead of canceling they postponed not canceled. Now all of this wouldn’t be so bad if my grass had actually improved. If I could give a 0 star I would

Do not get True Green services. What a scam, it has been 6 months and my lawn looks horrible full of weeds. My grass is dying too. I regret paying for a one-year service upfront!! Save your money and the hassle and DO NOT USE this company!

I have a couple of properties that the TruGreen crew services for me and just adding another! They have done a great job keeping my lawns, trees and scrubs alive and looking great! I am very picky on how my yards look and the TruGreen crew have meant all of my expectations. If you are like me and want your home investments looking great TruGreen is worth the investment!

Used to be good. Had a great guy that came out and took care of everything. Not sure what happened but he's gone. The shrub guy is good. However if you call in make sure you call several times to get a accurate answer to your questions as they tend to lie to you. So always double or triple check with multiple people. Update 2/13/26 changed rating from 1 star to 5 Robert K is back and lawn is starting to look at lot better. If I can stay on his route it should be back to a great looking lawn.

Don’t trust when sales reps tell you they beat every competitor price and you pay only 55 a month.you will pay more!every special treatment is extra.But that’s not the problem.the problem is I paid and paid and paid for every treatment possible but results were terrible.technicians just do their jobs and spray but 90 percent of the times they can’t advise you professionally.and my lawn looks terrible!!!Free complaint visits don’t help because they will only spray fertilizer. It’s hard to reach the right person because most of the times it’s just corporate.I only met one nice technician over time but he wasn’t able to improve anything either.He tried at least. Communication is real bad!and after the lady on the phone told me manager can not come out right away because they have thousands
