TruGreen Lawn Care

TruGreen has been one of the best decisions I’ve made over the last 2 years having them come treat my lawn. I used to buy the big bags of name brand fertilizer from the big box stores (my lawn requires 2 bags of each seasonal treatment) and I found that after fighting with my push behind fertilizer spreader, keeping the fertilizer off the driveway, flower beds etc., I was spending more money and time doing it myself rather than having a professional like TruGreen take care of it for me. I constantly get compliments from my neighbors about how great my lawn looks and I would definitely recommend TruGreen to anyone that asks.

We are scheduled for service on "Fridays only". For the last 3 months I have received the automated call notifying me of an upcoming service on days other than Fridays. For the last three months I have had to call in and get the service rescheduled. Just this past week they called on Monday to notify us of a service on Tuesday. I called in and told them I'm a "Friday Only" customer, so they scheduled us for today (Friday the 14th). Well, they just called and said I am scheduled for next Tuesday. For the second time this week I had to call and tell them I'm a Friday-only service and, once again they rescheduled for me next week. We spend hours prepping our yard for this service, only for the Scott Depot branch to screw up the appointment. Update: they were scheduled for Friday 6/21. No c

I'm thrilled with the results TruGreen has delivered so far. As a new customer, I've already seen a noticeable improvement in my lawn. I'm especially looking forward to fall, when we can aerate and seed - it should make an even bigger difference.

James came to the door before he started and let me know what he was going to do today. He always does a great job. We have an extra lot plus a fenced in back yard and he always covers everything really well. If you want a great looking yard, I would definitely recommend True Green.

Very friendly and knowledgeable about what to expect after the service. I would say though.251$ for the service is a bit much when a lawn care company only charges half that for mowing and landscaping. Something to think about. As long as j see progress I will not cancel my service. But I have had service for months now and have not seen my yard get any better.
