At Tender Loving Care Pet Nursing Hotel we are lucky 🍀 to have found The Ground Guys!! Their prices are fair, their service is excellent. They’re understanding of what we want is great because there’s great communication between the Owner and our team. I have recommended the Ground Guys to a few of my friends in the neighborhood and they are all thrilled with they have received! This is a neighborhood owned and operated business that knows how to treat their customers! Highly recommend.

I prepaid for the entire season bit it has been like pulling teeth to get them to show up. The man who does the shrubs and trees is great. The lawn people have been terrible. They came the week of March 10 and did about a 20 square ft.srea of a 2 acre lawn. Iade 2 requests for them to come. Finally got lawn treatment today 6/25. They have billed me 4 additional times even though they were prepaid. Last year went beautifully with them. This year I have had a yard full of weeds and a headache with them. I feel like because of my age they think I will forget I paid them and get several more thousand dollars from me. Not a chance. Not all of us older people are senile.

Cayden is terrific! He is knowledgeable, helpful, kind, courteous, patient, supportive and friendly. He answers all my questions and offers his knowledge to keep the best landscaping practices possible! I always look forward to chatting with him and feel happy to have his TruGreen experience to make me “lawn proud”! Thank you Cayden! Thank you TruGreen! I moved to Topeka a year ago. Had another lawn service last year…terrible. Tried another this year after one service I felt like I was getting screwed. A neighbor said she changed to True Green after using the same company I tried this year!!!! So happy starting with the customer care I received from Ashley, she listened to me, explained the process and listened to what I wanted for my lawn. We made a plan I’m totally happy with. Austin came out to start my service. Very professional. I watched and could see the difference in how True Green really has a plan for proper treatment of my lawn. Feel so blessed 😇

Service provider Cayden Watson listened to my concerns and discussed a potential plan to treat and overcome the continued large bare areas that, at this point i have not seen any progress on. si I began using Trugreen a few years now and wondered why I'm paying for it and still not getting a solution to this problem. He assured me he would work on solving this problem. In checking past services he noted fertilizer had been applied when lime was scheduled, and back yard was skipped when noted someone "couldn't open the gate", (though everyone else could). I appreciate Cayden making the effort to address my concerns.
