TruGreen Lawn Care

I called. Trugreen asked them wonder they’re gonna put winterizer fertilizer down. They told me I said please do not put any weed killer down. They agree when they came out they put weed killer down as you know they send a message to let you know when they’re coming so I put my seed down so I could over see my lawn. They ended up killing all my seat. I called them up and told them what happened. They said they would come out and reevaluate it. I asked him please do not put anything down until you call me on bear spot. I scraped up all the soil up and reset it so I did not want them to put anything down sure enough they came out today on 1015 and you put some other Chemical sound I was watching them on a videotape as they were doing this. I called to ask him please do not let them do it any

TruGreen gets a lot of crap but honestly it costs me 3x as much to apply the same products and that’s just if I do granular applications while TruGreen out here spraying liquid herbicide and pre-emergent. The tech I’ve had has been great, they are applying a second round of broadleaf herbicide for free because my clover was so bad this year. I really have no complaints and I do have quite high standards for lawn care. Recommended.

My advise! -Request a quote and wait. TruGreen sales will compete against themselves and save you hundreds $$. -When getting a cheaper price, sales will reduce your yard size without telling you. My 3/4 acre was reduced to 12k sq.ft. when the techs arrived. -Check video of your house. Techs will show up, wait 10 minutes, and leave without spraying. The company is unethical from the top down.

Update 2- changing 1 star rating to 3. Cautiously Positive. 4 weeks after the 2nd repeated treatment: the lawn is looking much better. The weed problems seem to be under control. Take away is make sure you let TruGreen know if the results are not up to expectations; then you have to let them know. Update: After 2 repeat services, the dandelions are dying back but the crab grass and other weeds are still there. Late fall 2022, we decided to give TrueGreen a try due to a recommendation from our landscaping designer. We prepaid for 6 treatments for a discount. They came out to fertilize in September but missed a huge section. Obviously the bad result showed this spring along with large amount of weeds. I'm not even a customer and I am giving them a 1 star. I tried to become a customer and was not successful. I reached out online for a quote. I got a text. They called me on the automated system which is terrible and when asking me to select my optioned the numbers would not register I hit 2 (4) times and it didn't register so I got to listen to the robot talk again. I finally got through and the first lady I spoke with was rude and she then transferred me to talk to "someone who could help set me up with a new account" and then I was on hold for over 8 minutes before the call disconnected. I'm trying to become a new member and I couldn't get through I could only imagine if I had a complaint or wanted to cancel... Weedman at least texted me and then called me with a real person to talk t
