TruGreen Lawn Care

I never, ever leave poor reviews for businesses. When I read TB's negative review from just two weeks ago, I thought to myself, "There is NO way that could have happened. Really?" I threw caution to the wind, foolishly reached out to TruGreen, and I signed up for a one year service plan, which included an aeration and overseed. As things turned out, I should have heeded that person's warning. The salesperson indicated that he would advocate to squeeze me into one last application for Fall 2025, and he confirmed that the work would take place on 10/28 or 10/29. On the afternoon of 10/29/2025, I received text messages and emails indicating that the aeration and seeding were "completed." Beware of employees showing up and not doing the service billed for. They showed up to do aeration and overseeding at my office. When I went out for lunch I noticed no seeding or aeration. I called to complain and they sent another person a few days later to do the job. They came to my house rang the ring door bell to tell us they were doing a treatment. I answered and said please go ahead. This individual knowing he was on camera proceeded to make one run with the spreader and left in 3 min. I called to complain again this was a different employee two cheating employees. They billed me for shrub spraying and showed up at my daughters house who has no shrubs. It took 3 calls to finally get a refund then they billed my daughter for shrub spraying they never did. I would never use them

This is my second year using Trugreen. I have not been happy with this company. They send guys to treat your lawn that have been only on the job a few weeks and have no idea what is going on with the lawn. They say you need to water when clearly that's not the case as I run a sprinkler system and it's a grub issue that I have coverage for. This company is not on their game at all. They are quick to take your money but take FOREVER to fix the problem.

TruGreen does a great job, ALL of their representatives are very respectful and polite. They all do a great job. John F is usually our rep.
