$14 is the early bird special. They leave the sign out all day, so you have to read the hours carefully. I was only charged $14 when I adhered to the early bird hours during jury duty. $14 is still completely ridiculous for parking in downtown Baltimore! But I drove around and couldn’t find anything cheaper nearby. It is very tight. I drive a sedan, and to exit my spot I had to do a 6-point turn. I counted.

Had to go to the Clarence courthouse for jury duty. The court website said it would be $7 here. When I pulled up, there was no signs with any pricing to be found. There was a big brown sign on the ground out front, but it did not list any prices. Took my ticket and hoped for the best. Was charged $24 for 4 hours of parking. Terrible. What a scam.

Recently attended a concert at CFG Arena which is .4 mile/2 blocks away. My friend had her young daughter with us, so we were looking for secure parking, but we did not wanting to pay more than $20 for parking. We used spothero app to reserve two spaces. The driveways were definitely narrow and spots were small but my suv did fit in there. The attendant in the lobby was professional. There was even a garage door that secured the lot and opened when we left. The only thing that was difficult was scanning our paid barcode from the spot hero app on their scanner at the end to get out. I would definitely recommend.

It’s a decent spot if you want to be next to the court. It said early bird special before 9am, 12$. That was a lie. The price doubled when I had to pay. And nobody was there to help assist the issue.

Predatory, wouldn’t want to bank with them either. The spaces are small, and turns are tight. You’ll pay double the market rate for parking. Instead of $24 for day parking there’s $13 options across the street.
