Says fee is $25 per day but that resets at midnight. So it’s actually $50 if you leave ur car overnight. Sings are super misleading! Beware!

I had a great experience at the Hearst Towers. I was working an Event here in the parking garage. The Pizza shop downstairs gave me free food and allowed me to use the restroom whenever I needed to. I met so many people that night some that gave me tips for being courteous and helping them find a great parking spot. If you were one of the ones I helped, look for a cute, friendly black girl with a gorgeous smile. Be safe when you're enjoying yourself in Uptown. Tah Ta!

This is without a doubt the worst parking service AND customer service I have ever had to deal with. Their rates are absurd for what they offer. They have people paying $90/month+ for parking lots 3+ blocks outside of the city that are basically parking in the woods. If you feel like walking into work with mud covered shoes, this is your place! Not only are their lots awful, but their office staff was even more of a headache to deal with. Recently, I parked in a lot 1 block closer 2 days in a row because it was pouring down rain and I figured it would not be an issue considering the 3+ inches of mud in my primary lot. Way too low ceilings. They do not validate any parking for any restaurants. We definitely not be parking here anymore.

I entered the Hearst Tower Parking garage Sunday July 21, 2019. Once I saw the high rates I tried to back out onto the street, but security said I had to go around to the 6th street exit and would have 15 minutes to exit with my ticket, no charge. Apparently both exits had malfunctioned and no one could get out. At least a dozen cars were trapped in the heat of the tunnel for more than 45 minutes. 911 had to be called twice because no one was helping us get out of the gate. There were elderly people down there. A little girl peed herself while being trapped. Then finally the parking attendant selectively started letting people out then refusing to let people out when we refused to pay the inflated rate for being trapped for an extra amount of time. Why would we be expected to pay extra
