Javier was contracted to do work at my commercial building. He claims he is licensed, however, he does not know basic building code and the job was done wrong. When he was asked to fix the job and provide his license number for the permit, he blocked my number. I tried calling on multiple phones to get the license number, but he would hang up as soon as he found out who I was. I did a search on the state's website and neither himself, nor his company is licensed. I had to pay a different plumber to fix the work that he did improperly.

Javier was amazing! Came within just a few hours of my call and fixed the problem on a Friday night. Explained everything and told me how to prevent the problem in the future.

Avoid this plumber. I later discovered they are not licensed, which they failed to disclose upfront. The work was unprofessional, caused additional issues, and there was no accountability when I tried to address the problems. Communication was poor, and I was left to fix the mess myself. I strongly recommend verifying licenses before hiring—learn from my mistake.

Called late, late Friday night, they came the next morning and quickly got a new thermostat installed in the water heater for a decent price. Friendly and helpful
