My lock for my store broke in the middle of the day and I thought I would have to wait forever! I called and they immediately sent someone! Super fast getting here and was extremely kind and respectful. Changed everything out quick and easy all while having a good attitude. Highly recommend. Especially for business owners because it was good pricing!

The locksmith had the door opened in 4 to 5 minutes. Very polite guy. It took him a little longer to get here than he thought, but I've never seen a better job or nicer person. I would definitely use them again if the need arises.

Alan helped me to get access to my work box truck. It’s an old one so it took a bit more work than a newer model but he handled it perfectly and got the job done. He arrived within 20 min, was very friendly. Thank you Alan and thank you Trulock!

My battery died in my car while I was taking my child to a doctor's appointment in Metairie. We are not from the area so I didn't know who to call for help. The hospital security was contacted and they gave me a number to a company to assist. That company wanted payment by phone prior to providing service.
