Truly German Stone & Tile

I had a problem with my tiles in my house and called several companies to fix it. Not one company was coming up with a solution on how to fix it. Then I saw the company Truly German Stone and Tile company. Michael came to my house and told me different solutions and I got an estimate from him. He didn’t make any false promises, came across honest(and truly is). It took a while until he could fit me in his so busy schedule but I truly am not regretting having stuck with him. He did the job in 2 days. Came with his assistant Austin, and they worked so fast. The mess was big and I was surprised, to see that even after the first day they left the house in clean conditions even though the job was not done yet. I can't rate Truly German highly enough. Michael does master quality work, and he adds professionalism, reliability, and courtesy to the mix. On our job he had to rip out portions of a botched previous tile job and make the repair work match the existing work. He succeeded beautifully. He quoted a fair price, and the job came in on budget. He communicated clearly and regularly. He arrived on time each day. He treated our home and comfort with respect. And he managed our expectations brilliantly, even when events were challenging. Michael does amazing work. We are very particular and exacting in our expectations and he exceeded them all. We built a house and acted as our own builder and as a result interfaced with a lot of sub-contractors. Michael was one of the very best, very professional, always on time and with exceptional quality. We had him tile three bathroom showers for us with granite tile that we supplied and some complicated custom designs. With his suggestions for lighting, they turned out even better than we had hoped.
