I had an amazing experience with Truly Nolan! I am new to the whole Florida critters, and what needed to be done to seal up things and get rid of what I was seeing already! From my Inspection day with David - who was very helpful in identifying if termites had created any new damage, droppings from other bugs, what I should look for, and services they offered. He took his time and was patient with me, with all my questions! Knows his stuff...I decided to add on Pest Protection and Rodent, as Total Termite was already started. I was a little surprised at the cost at first, but then again, I wasn't-due to the services they were going to be doing, and I didn't have to do it! Within 2 days, a Technician was coming to perform the prevention tasks! His name was Dana- he had to climb on the roof

Worse service ever. Came in put traps that you can easily buy yourself from Home Depot. That does not justify a price of $159 initial visit. Rude and unprofessional. Cancelation is a headache, I am unsatisfied customer, which in their agreement it says if you cancel visit 30 days and unsatisfied you don’t have to pay cancelation fee. This guy over the phone by name Craig, who claims himself a manager tried to lie to me, like I am stupid and don’t read agreements that I have to pay 175$ for the cancelation fee. Which I have explained to him that I am unsatisfied customer and I am canceling within the 30 day period. At the end he started laughing at me. I guess this is the only job he can have by lowering down other people. Good luck. If you don’t want a headache, avoid this shady company.

Daniel was great, explained the whole process while doing the job, on time, courteous and in all took only 3hrs to do the whole job to take care of my drywood termite problem. Would definitely recommend 👍

Raul Hernandez has always done a superb job. He is friendly but always professional. I have enjoyed having him as my technician. I have great confidence in the service he has provided. I will miss working with him at my new house.
