Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

I am really disappointed with this company. We had them come after we spotted termites near our home to install some preventative treatment. During the consultation I confirmed that the treatment for inside the home would not cause any damage and they assured me that the holes they drill will be ON TOP of the windows so they won’t be visible. Instead the holes are ALL OVER the top of my baseboards and in the corner of my window frames. They are SO VISIBLE that we now have to pay someone to come fix our holes. Half of them weren’t even caulked like they told me they would be. The cord thing they dragged through my house with the treatment also damaged my staircase pretty bad. And finally during the consultation we had a specific conversation about the turf in my backyard where I asked them

The guys at the Houston area location are top notch. Not only were they professional and very thorough, they made me feel valued as a customer. They were exceptionally considerate of my situation and were absolutely the kindest of humans! I would like to give a special shout out to 2 technicians, Jimmy and Tyler! The amount of care and concern that they exhibited was only topped by their willingness to go above and beyond to help with my situation and pest control! Joseph, the manager, is a king! He definitely was there every step of the way to make me feel heard and seen. Without these guys, I’d have been a wreck had I used any other company. 11/10 would recommend!!! Thank so much yall!

My neighbor’s house was the location being serviced, but I did not appreciate him partially blocking my driveway. He’s also illegally parked in front of the fire hydrant. If your technicians are not going to utilize their client’s driveways, please instruct them to block the client’s driveway, NOT their neighbor’s.

Had 2 techs show up. One to do a review and the came later to treat the house. Neither went into the attic to inspect and as far as I know , no termite treatment happened. For the money that was paid, I don’t feel I got the personal service that this company was recommended to me.
