Update 12/1: After my initial review, Eddie S. reached out to me and heard me out regarding the issues we’d had with service and assured me he would work to correct the issues we’d been having and to not have it happen again. He came out the next day with Peter and did a full inspection of the house and came out several more times to check our traps and make sure our issues were finally resolved. I’m very happy with the professionalism & how everything has been handled this time around. I hate to have to leave such a low review because their customer service is really great. However, it’s been like pulling nails to get actual consistent service throughout the time of my contract with them. Nathaniel Ullom this person gives me the best services ever he did a grate job in my house i have a lot of roach and he sprayed out really good I will really appreciate all of the good work that Nathaniel ullom did in our house I hope you really gratified him for his great service he was the best ever this is my first experience and that all I can said I was very happy with the service.!!

The only reason I am giving this a 1 star is because the techs were great. Communication with office has been horrible. I am going on almost 2 weeks with I forget how many submissions to the supervisor because nobody on the phone has the authority to negotiate pricing or even cancel an account. I dont EVER leave a review let alone a bad one. This company is the first for me. Still trying to charge my card after I submitted a cancel request 1 week ago. Really disappointed.

I love our new service rep! I thought my life was over when Aaron moved! But your selection for his replacement is outstanding! He has called and left several messages! I apologize that I was in Arkansas for a month! Please advise him of my great satisfaction!!!
