So happy with the services we received from start to finish. We needed someone to come out quickly and inspect the home we're building and treat for termites. Jeff was there within the hour and we scheduled the treatment for the next day. He listened to our needs and worked with us to make it an easy process and even sent video confirmation when the work was done. Jeff has been incredible to work with, shared a sense of urgency to help resolve our ant issues, and provided recommendations to solve the problems we went over with him. Our ant problem was resolved instantly and we’re able to enjoy your backyard with the mosquito service. He also followed up with us to ensure everything has been resolved. It’s been wonderful having peace of mind that our home and yard are protected from an array of unwanted bugs.

Treated German cockroaches for over a year. They would almost be gone then come back. I appreciate the Friendly staff and care for animals and baby. I would have appreciated better communication to schedule follow ups. I had to call and ask if I needed them. It seemed like they didn’t take notes on my case. Roaches became aware of their tactics and or baits. Approach did not change. They couldn’t do anything about them being under the house.

Jeffrey Hackett with Nolan Pest Control was fantastic! We had a red wasp issue at our rental property in Cibolo, TX, and he took care of it VERY quickly and professionally. He found the source, kept me informed with great communication + photos and videos, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish.
