Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control

My technician was Armondo “Mondo”. He in great detail explained everything he was going to do. Often with service companies technicians just go through the motions. Mondo was very thorough and wanted to make sure I was happy. Five star service! Additionally the owner of the company (Matt) personally came out for the estimate and termite bait installation. How do you get better service than that? Highly, Highly recommend Truly Nolen of Savannah!

Truly Nolan Pest Control was fantastic from start to finish. Matt and Sanchez were incredibly helpful, kind, and true experts when it came to getting rid of rodents in my attic and crawlspace. Matt, the owner, was very hands-on and did much of the work himself, which really showed how much he cares about his business and customers. I was especially impressed that they checked in and made sure everything was taken care of while I was out of the country — above and beyond service. If you ever find yourself with some unfortunate, freeloading roommates, call Truly Nolan first. They’ll take care of everything.

Matt came out for the initial inspection of my home and I was very impressed. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and the pricing seemed very reasonable. Then Mando arrived a few days later for the initial service and I was equally impressed. He explained everything before he started, was very professional and also very knowledgeable about the products and what each one was used for. This is a very minor and inconsequential detail, but he even lined up the screws after he was finished with the wall voids - very impressed with the attention to detail.

The real reason I'm posting this review is the tech he sent over to the house, his name is Sanchez, and he came to the house went above and beyond the first time he came by, he came by a second time which was today and did it again, went above and beyond truly Nolan is my pest control company for life.
