An office or scheduler does not answer the phone, instead u speak Directly to the owner and expert himself. He was patient and able to answer some of my concerns over the phone. I am very impressed with the service that I received. The technician arrived on time and was prepared to work. He took his time to explain everything he was doing and ways to help improve the bug situation. He also cleaned spider webs from around the house and checked to make sure there wasn’t any damage from other pest. I highly recommend this service to anyone who is looking.
