Read reviews online prior to calling and was skeptical but thought “this won’t happen to us. We are nice people.” Called to simply find out if they had the specific part I was looking for. Right off the bat whoever was on the line was incredibly short with zero patience. To make it worse they couldn’t answer if they had the part I was looking to replace. Gave them brand and part #. Didn’t help me at all.

If you are not a professional and trying to get stuff for your house just go online or to another store. Was in there to get some components for a sprinkler system and the guy behind the counter was very rude, rolling his eyes like a child and super annoyed that I was asking questions. My 8 year old son unprompted told me later that the guy working there must not like his job. I am someone who is very mechanical inclined and even was the general contractor for my own house build. The owners should teach the sales team that the customers pay their pay checks. That said I was very nice and respectful, but I won’t be back I’ll just buy online…

My plumber recommended this supply house, I have an antique pedestal sink and needed to purchase new faucet which being an odd size and style they recommended Trumbull Industries. I went to look at them after I had found an image of the type of faucet I wanted. The salesperson was not interested in talking at first since I was looking at just a faucet. Then when I showed her the picture and the sink picture and saw it was from a brand they carried she ignored me and asked why I would want to keep an old sink and tried selling me a new sink. I did not want a new sink. I wanted to keep my old sink and just replace. The women was so rude about it. But, she did finally look it up and gave me a price to order. It was very expensive. Horrible customer service. They couldn’t give us a date when one faucet would be in and since our house is being built and about to close we were forced to order a different color thinking it might look good, but when it was installed, we didn’t like it. I figured we could just return it since it has never been used, but they won’t let you return if it is installed. It would have been good to know that in advance or else I would have let our contractor know to wait before we made sure we liked it. Needless to say, we spent more money on this faucet and now we don’t know what to do with it. Connie wouldn’t work with me on the issue and practically hung up on me.
