Jaime and Skylar have been amazing in helping me and my fiancee since buying our first home. Jaime was extremely helpful in helping us identify root causes for rodents and giving us solutions that fit within our budget. Skylar is very kind and respectful to us and our fur babies when she comes to take care of our pest control needs. Her knowledge and understanding of what we need is superb. They are both very knowledgeable, respectful, and delightful to talk to. Most of all, they are one call a way whenever I have questions or need something! Amazing people and company!

Alex came out was great very knowledgeable and Juan came out to due a follow both were great guys .All went well.

Terrible company to solve issues with. Paid $1,200 for a full termite extermination. Termites came back, and more than once. We were then told we had to have a "monthly" fee added to resolve, which we also did. (even though we were told the extermination takes care of it) Once they came back again, they ate through an entire window. True North did not care, did not help with repairs, completely acted unprofessional once we mentioned money, and how much more we were not going to spend. They even told us our only option was to pay an ADDITIONAL $1,200 for another extermination. We were not treated with professionalism or respect. This company has some serious work to do when it comes to customer service. Do better, True North.

Trunorth is simply as good as it gets......Skylar is an excellent tech with superb attention to detail and as thorough as humanly possible.....further, she is very personable and someone me and my wife love conversing with while she's there. We would recommend their services to anyone.
